Southern idyll - large and spacious house near the sea!

A gem near the sea on Tromøy. It is very suitable for two families (8-10 pers). Houses for those who want to enjoy the southern idyll! Here you can swim on a sheltered beach (5-10 min walk) or enjoy lazy days! Spacious house with 2 bathrooms, very large living room. Open plan for a great kitchen. Large garden, lots of seating, BBQ, fire pan and gorgeous sunset! Outdoor living room w/wood-fired pizza oven. 1 km to grocery store, 10 min drive to the city center, bus stop 200 m and 50 min drive to Dyreparken. The space With a short distance to a lovely little sandy beach, this is a unique opportunity to vacation in southern Norway. It's only a short drive to Arendal Downtown. In the garden, there are possibilities for both large and small. There is a short way to both the store and other hiking opportunities, for example, Hove. Some bedrooms have changed since the photos were taken There is a double bed in 4 rooms, and a smaller bed in one of the rooms. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. WIFI, indoor and outdoor toys and barbecue. There is also a charging box for electric car in the garage. Other things to note We have a large garden with various plants and flowers. Inside the house, we also have many different plants and flowers. That's why we appreciate guests who water the plants a little while we're away. We also have a solid wood countertop that is excellent for baking and cooking on. This countertop is not so fond of water that is left behind, therefore we ask our guests to dry up so that water is not left. It's also not so fond of wet glasses/bottles that will be left on it for a long time. ;) We also have a cat that may want to come in during the stay. There is no problem to keep the cat out, as long as you put out food and drink for her, she is happy. :)
