Sørland idyll - large and spacious house near the sea!

A gem near the sea on Tromøy. It is very suitable for two families (8-10 pers). House for those who want to enjoy the southern idyll! Here you can swim on the sheltered beach (5-10 min walk) or enjoy lazy days! Spacious house with two bathrooms, very large living room. Open solution towards a great kitchen. Large garden, many seats, barbecue, fire pan and beautiful sunset! Outdoor living room with wood-fired pizza oven. 1 km to grocery store, 10 min drive to city center, bus stop 200 m and 50 min drive to Dyreparken. The space With a short distance to a lovely little sandy beach, this is a unique opportunity to vacation in southern Norway. It is only a short drive to Arendal Sentrum. In the garden there are possibilities for both big and small. There is a short way to both the shop and other hiking opportunities at e.g. Hove. In the "Pizza House" there is a wood-fired pizza oven you are welcome to use. You'll find it under the oven or in the garage. Certain bedrooms have changed since the photos were taken. There is a double bed in 4 rooms, and a smaller bed in one of the rooms. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house. WIFI, indoor and outdoor toys and barbecue. There is also a charging box for electric cars in the garage. Other things to note We have a large garden with various plants and flowers. Inside the house we also have many different plants and flowers. That's why we appreciate guests who water a little while we're away. We also have a solid wood countertop that is excellent for baking and cooking. This countertop is not so fond of water that is left lying, so we ask our guests to wipe up so that water is not left lying. It is also not so fond of wet glasses/bottles that are left on it for a long time. ;) We also have a cat that may want to come in during your stay. It is no problem to keep the cat out, as long as you put out food and drink for her she is happy. :)
