Just a 90-minute drive from Phoenix, nestled in the heart of downtown Payson is our charming 2 bedroom + private loft cabin. The perfect destination to escape from the heat and daily grid by spending your morning listening to the chirping of the birds. We are walking distance to the stunning Green Valley Park, Oxbow Saloon, and the beyond delicious Duza’s Kitchen! We know you'll fall in love with our home as quickly as we did! This newly built, cozy cottage, is 1400 ft of bliss! We have 2 bedrooms located downstairs. The master bedroom features a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom. The second bathroom has two large windows and a spacious closet. The upstairs loft runs the length of the house. It is equipped with its own heating/cooling unit, two twin beds, a cozy couch, a 48" TV, and plenty of space to lounge. I am certain you will spend most of your time on our fabulous front porch that features two rocking chairs and a large porch swing. This is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail while watching the stunning wildlife. Our neighborhood Cardinals love to come out and play as the sun is setting. Let's not forget to mention the relaxing hot tub that is located in the perfect spot for stargazing! Bring your kids? We have two young children so we have everything for an infant/child stay (baby carrier, pack n play, high chair, toys, cups, plates, safety gate, etc) so no need to pack for a small army! For guests without children, don’t worry, we hide all the kid stuff before your visit!! Bringing along your furry friends? We have lots of space for the dogs to run around, water/food bowls, and extra doggies bags. All spaces are accessible except for the garage. We are available via text or phone at all hours during your stay. We do live an hour away but have plenty of resources available if you need immediate assistance. Located right off Historic Main Street. Centrally located to everything in Payson. This is an incredibly special property to us.
