Right in the heart of the Kawartha Lakes lies the four-season lakefront cottage on Pigeon Lake, part of the Trent-Severn Waterway. Always filled with light from large lake facing windows. Only 1.5 hours from Toronto. Excellent fishing, boating, and Canoeing on the quiet waters. Consists three bedrooms and all the necessities to comfortable sleep up to 8 guests maximum. Toys for all ages-Canoe& Kayak &games, TV, Wi-Fi and BBQ. Relax with the families or friends at this peaceful place . The space Pigeon lake is part of tri-lake water system including Pigeon Lake, Buckhorn Lake and Chemong Lake. Therefore, you can enjoy endless fishing and boating. Fishing is great in this lake, namely for bass but please pay attention to provincial regulations on fishing. You can enjoy canoeing and fishing on the quiet water. We have 2 canoe and one kayak all in very great condition. Pigeon Lake can be weedy in some areas making it hard to swim however you can take a boat out to deeper areas for swimming or boating. The cottage is fit for four seasons with central AC/heating and in-door fireplace. WIFI and Netflix are available for those who need to work or enjoy streaming off of Netflix. Consult regarding pets when booking. Sorry, No smoking inside or within 9 meters of property. -Please be mindful and respectful of our neighbours. This includes keeping off their property and keeping noise to a reasonable level -Quiet hours: 10 pm to 7am. No excess noise/music after 10pm -Please adhere to Kawartha Covid regulations and local fire bans when applicable -No loud parties or events -Please kindly do not move furniture around as it can lead to damage -Garbage, please bring your garbage with you. Recycling, paper and plastic can be neatly organized and left in the recycle box and we will take care of it from there. If garbages and recycling are not sorted out, you have to bring them with you. -Children need to be accompanied by adults near the water at any given time -Please use in-door shoes, and leave out-door shoes nearby entrances Other things to note -central AC/ heating -120v dryer, therefore dryer runs slow. -please do not use washer and dryer simultaneously -Tankless water heater -Strongly suggest that you bring mosquito repellants, and please keep the front and patio doors closed to prevent mosquitos/flies from getting inside -Help yourself to anything in the kitchen. We supply tea and coffee, as well as cooking utensils. Our only request is that you wash all dishes and utensils prior to check out -Buck upper bed is only for ones under 120lbs -Consult regarding pets when booking. - Please bring your own shower towels.
