Welcome! Our family home is a short drive, or fun bike ride, to local restaurants, coffee shops, hiking trails, grocery stores and is easily accessible to Stanford University, El Camino and Stanford Hospitals, and major highways. Train station 3 miles away, and travel to San Francisco is easy and convenient. 10 night minimum stay requested. Available August 19 to September 6. Swimming pool & spa. Renters must be over 25 years old. The space Our home was built in 2002 and some highlights include lots of natural light, kitchen with granite counter tops and modern appliances, hardwood floors on the first floor and carpet in the bedrooms upstairs. The 4 bedrooms w/ 3 bathrooms are on the second floor with the main living areas on the first floor. One king bed and 3 queen beds upstairs and two of the bedrooms are en-suite. We have a piano in the main living room and a wide screen TV in the family room. The kitchen has everything to make a gourmet meal, including spices, mixing bowls, pots, pans and table settings for 8 people. We have a selection of coffee and tea for you to enjoy. Sliding glass doors lead to a patio with BBQ and seating for 8. Our pool and spa are solar heated. There is a washer & dryer and a driveway to park several cars. Guest access Our guests will enjoy the main house while the Hosts occupy the studio located in the basement. We will be at the property along with our 2 dogs who will romp around the back yard under our supervision. It is important for your comfort to be totally OK with this aspect of your stay at our home. We love our dogs, and we hope you will as well. Other things to note Let's review the dog interaction again. Please make sure you are OK with the potential for interaction with our 2 Labrador retrievers. Host is allergic to cats, so please do not bring your cat. No smoking or vaping inside or in the backyard at all. We have a simple list of rules for the Pool, which include, no running, no eating in the pool, one person on the diving board, and you swim at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty. These rules are posted and you must agree to them prior to rental. We live in a very quiet neighborhood, as such, we ask you to take your conversations indoors by 10pm. Please use the Pool during reasonable hours, 8am - 10pm and be considerate of our neighbors at all times.
