Apartment for 2 adults + 1 child in La Jaca, Arico

Two-bedroom apartment (one double and one children's bedroom) where we spend part of the winter and holidays with our daughter. The rest of the year we rent it to those who want to enjoy this small coastal neighborhood full of energy. It's not a tourist neighborhood. Please read the descriptions I leave you carefully and don't hesitate to ask any questions so you can decide if it's really the place you're looking for. The space This is an exterior apartment on the top floor of a residential building. It has a bedroom with a double bed with large drawers underneath and a large built-in closet, so you won't have a storage problem for your things. There is also a children's bedroom with some of our daughter's toys (5 years old). The bed, by dimensions (80x200cm), could be used by an adult, although both the decoration and the mattress it has (it is narrow) are designed for a child (it would even fit two children as the bed could be opened in two). If you have any other needs and you let us know in advance, we can try to get you what you need. The bathroom has a bathtub but no bidet. Living room - kitchen - dining room. In its design we reduced the space for cooking to increase the free space so that our daughter has more space to play and on special occasions, we fit the whole family since the table opens up to 10 people (although we don't have that many chairs). Although the kitchen is small, it has a large refrigerator, microwave and in addition to the two induction plates, we have a third portable one and a portable oven stored in the closet in case you need them. As it is a residential building, it is very important for us that you respect the neighbors and their right to rest as much as possible. Guest access The apartment is in a building that, like the neighborhood, is mostly made up of working people and second homes. It's very quiet on weekday mornings, when it can even be difficult to find a place to have breakfast. There's more activity in the afternoons and on weekends, and it gets too crowded during vacations. Other things to note Having a car is highly recommended, as it is a small neighborhood with limited services. On the other hand, if you have a car, it is an ideal place from which to move around the island as it has immediate access to the southern highway. Our visitors love the neighborhood for its tranquility and location for visiting the island, its pools and coastal walk, but if you are looking for a tourist spot with the typical tourist services, it is likely that La Jaca will disappoint you, so I recommend that you ask any questions you have and we will be happy to answer you.
