Enjoy all the mainline has to offer at this modern townhome centrally located near the R5, suburban square, and local universities. The home features two bedrooms with queen beds. The top floor has a peloton, adjustable weights, and an outdoor balcony. The bottom floor has a gas fireplace, a wine fridge, and plenty of games and activities including a dartboard, board games, and a 65-inch smart tv. We can’t wait to host you! The space The townhome is a three-story walk-up. The house does feature several staircases so please be aware when booking. The patio, peloton, weights, and yoga equipment are on the top floor. The home features two bedrooms with with ensuite bathrooms, a full kitchen with adjoining dining room, and a large living space on the bottom floor. There is also a twin bed with a fold-out frame and a queen size air mattress, if needed. We ask that guests set these up and return them if they would like to use them. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire space. We do have neighbors behind us and on one side, so be conscious late at night or early in the morning. Other things to note We have a peloton and weights for any workout enthusiasts. You can bring your shoes, wear one of our two pairs (size 9.5 mens and size 8 womens), or use the shoe straps we provide. There is also a smart thermostat, PlayStation 4, dartboard, and several board games.
