Luxury Snowdonia cottage with hot tub

A stunning farmhouse set in 22 acres with fantastic scenic hill & lakeside walks from the front door & the village (including 2 pubs!) within walking distance. The fabulous hot tub is the perfect place to relax & enjoy a glass of bubbly under the stars. All the creature comforts you could wish for including Egyptian cotton sheets, a wood burning stove & Smart TV for cosy evenings after a long day adventuring. The space The Farmhouse forms part of Gelli Newydd which was once a hill farm - now a collection of 3 luxury holiday cottages. The property has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a superking bed & an ensuite with a large shower, wall hung toilet, towel radiator & basin with storage. The second bedroom has a superking bed which is zip & link. This can be made up as 2 single beds on request. The third bedroom has 2 single beds. The luxurious family bathroom includes a freestanding bath, shower enclosure, towel radiator & basin with storage. The kitchen is really well equipped, ready for anyone who enjoys cooking on their holiday! There is a separate utility room with extra storage cupboards, an under counter freezer & washing machine. Also on the ground floor is a wc cloakroom. A travel cot and highchair are available on request. There is a large, private, enclosed lawned garden with patio, dining table & chairs and additional seating around the barbecue. A new stunning electric hot tub was installed in April 2025. The house has underfloor heating (from an eco friendly ground source heat pump) so has a comfortable stable temperature throughout the year. Guest access There is a heated bike store (shared with the Bothy & the Farmhouse) to keep your bikes or other sporting equipment & a rail to dry coats & wet suits. The log store is well stocked - please help yourself to extra supplies if you run low. Other things to note Electric Car Charging Point Because of our location, the only way we can have our beautiful hot tubs is with a little help from our guests. We give full details in our welcome book & instructions in the property but simply, if you want to use the hot tub, we will expect you please to drain it, give it a wipe down & a rinse (all of which takes about 10 minutes). If guests don't do this, unfortunately we have to pass on the £50 cost that we are charged. Despite being on the top of a hill, the Wi-fi isn't too bad - around 14 Mbs
