This retreat, in summer, is next door to a homemade ice cream shop, a short walk to a boat launch/park, five min. to a beach and Lobster Shack. The perfect location to explore the Acadia National Park and the rocky coast of Downeast Maine.This cozy room includes a queen-sized bed and full futon, fridge, microwave, laundry, hairdryer, dishes and utensils, and cable TV. The space A large, bright room that has a dresser, table, closet, large TV, corner cabinet for dishes, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and Keurig with coffee pods . There is a short hallway to the private bathroom with a small pedestal sink and a shower. There is a laundry room shared with the hosts just outside the bathroom which has a utility sink for when a larger sink is needed. Guest access The entrance for the Airbnb room is next to the parking spot at the side and back of the garage. There is a lockbox with the key next to the door. Once inside there is a door that leads through the back of the garage and to the hallway door. The guest room door is on the lefthand side. The door on the right leads to the laundry room and bathroom. Other things to note A small fire pit and outside chairs are just outside the entrance just beyond the driveway
