For ⚠️short-term and long-term guests, any damage to the items in the roomLost items will be handled and compensated through Airbnb's Resolution Center. Please take good care of it.❤️ Other things to note ⚠️ Dear = Long Stay = Guest: There is a security deposit of 5000 baht at check in, and you will be required to pay for your own utilities during your stay. Electricity is 6 baht per unit, water is 50 baht per ton. Upon check-out, the deposit will be refunded minus the cost of electricity and water. Guests who need TM30, please let me know when booking and I will prepare the information in advance. The room does not provide toothpaste, toothbrushes, slippers, shower gel, shampoo, there is a convenience store in the apartment and you need to buy it yourself.
