LIVING ROOM There you will find a sofa bed equipped with two mattresses to accommodate up to 2 people. A TV with Netflix access is available (Connection to your own account required), as well as free Wi-Fi KITCHEN The kitchen has everything you need: - Baking hobs - Oven - Fridge, Freezer - Various kitchen utensils ROOM The bedroom has a double bed for two people, a closet. BATHROOM Equipped with towel, washing machine, drying rack and iron ADDITIONAL COMFORT Removable air conditioning is available as an extra, upon request. For organizational, security and insurance reasons, all reservations must indicate the exact number of people staying at the property. In case of non-compliance (e.g. number of guests not declared or greater than that indicated), access to the accommodation may be refused, unless previously agreed or a supplement is paid Safety & Regulations The building is secured by a video surveillance system at the entrance and in the corridors.
