Guest access In the entrance, you will find a wall-mounted coat rack, a large mirror, an intercom, a smoke detector, the control of the two electric skylights (located in the living room and in the bedroom), reversible air conditioning as well as the bar adjoining the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (ceramic hob x4, range hood, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and Thermomix) as well as all kitchen utensils. You will have at your disposal salt, spices, oil, coffee pods. From the small window, you can see the Belfry and the Puncho d'Agast. In the living room you will find a dining table with 4 chairs, a sideboard, a connected TV (Netflix and Amazon Prime included), a Marshall speaker, a large corner sofa and a chest as a coffee table. You will have a spacious and bright bedroom with a 140 double bed, a large wardrobe, a closet, a nightstand and a laundry basket. Bed and bath linens are provided for your stay. Finally, you will find a bathroom with a vanity unit, LED mirror, shower, toilet, washing machine and everything you need for laundry and apartment maintenance (vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, clothes rack). Guests can park their vehicle on the boulevard (free on Sundays or from 7pm) or in a secure underground parking lot within a 1-minute walk. Some free spaces are 300 meters away, otherwise a large free parking lot is 700 meters away. Other things to note A baby bed with removable mattress and fitted sheet as well as a high chair are at your disposal if you are traveling with a baby.
