Memories at Windsor Palms

Canadian Owned and Operated!!! Welcome to "Memories at Windsor Palms", Our luxurious 3 bedroom condo in Windsor Palms - a gated 5 star resort community minutes from Disney World. Additional paperwork including Credit Card info for lost articles being returned / or loss or anything from the condo is required to be completed by all guests after reservation is processed by airbnb. Guest will be contacted by host shortly after reservation is confirmed. The space Amenities include: A Fully Equipped kitchen with refridgerator, ice maker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender, utencils, etc. Laundry closet includes a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Our first master bedroom features a king sized bed, spacious closet and a private ensuite. The second master bedroom also has a king sized bed, walk in closet and a shared washroom. Our third bedroom has two single beds. In our living room, we had a king sized sofa. All three bedrooms come with a tv/dvd combination flat screen tv. Bedroom three also comes with a game console for the kids to enjoy. In the living room, we have a small library of books and DVD's for all ages. All rooms also come with remote controlled ceiling fans for your comfort along with central air. Washrooms come stocked with towels, blow dryers. There are even 8 "beach" towels in the walk in closet to take to the pool. We also have a crib, 2 strollers, a high chair and 4 folding chairs to take to the beach. Our living room houses a 50 inch flat screen tv. There is FREE WIFI in our condo for you to surf the internet. And you are able to make FREE long distance calls to anywhere in Canada, USA and Puerto Rico. We have a fully screened in Lanai for you to enjoy the sun rise or to sit out side and enjoy the weather. The prestigious Windsor Palms Resort offers a large community swimming pool, 12 person jacuzzi, a splash pad for kids of ALL ages, 2 tennis courts, a basket ball court, a volley ball sand court and bbq picnic areas. Our club house has a fitness center, arcade, convenience store, WIFI cafe and a 58 seat movie theatre, you pick the movies!! You can also enjoy a beverage of all kinds and a bite to eat at the "Tiki Bar" located poolside. We are Canadian owners from the Kitchener-Waterloo area of Ontario offering great weekly and monthly rates Guest access You will have full access to the club house and all of the amenities it has to offer. Hours for the club house and pool are 8am till 10pm daily. Other things to note We are pet Free. Sorry, no pets.
