The kitchen is generous in size with an open living room adjacent to it. The master bedroom offers a king size bed with a modern en-suite. The second bedroom offers a king size bed and desk and the third bedroom offers 2 single beds. The alfresco area is perfect to relax or enjoy a drink in the afternoons after a long day at the beach. It is suitable for couples as well as families or a group of people. There is plenty of room for parking including boats. If you are looking for a getaway that offers a private, modern place in a quiet neighbourhood to call home during your stay, you will enjoy your time at this place. Guest access The house is all yours for your stay. You will have full private access to the whole 3 bedroom house without disturbance from other guests or your hosts. The backyard for the house is fully fenced and is your private space and only for you to enjoy. Parking is available at the front of the property or to the right of the main house. There is enough space to park 2 cars or a car and a boat/caravan/trailer here. The ancillary dwelling is kept separately from the house. Other things to note We would like to ask you to be respectful and polite to our neighbours at all times. This is our home and we would appreciate if you could make the effort to be mindful of our lovely surrounding neighbours especially regarding noise control in the evenings, at night and in the early morning hours.
