This luxury corner condo has 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, European chef grade appliances, stone countertops. Entering the condo there is an en-suite bedroom. Up a flight of stairs to open space living. The second level is flooded with natural day light. The master en-suite is located just off the living room. Dining for six guests and a gourmet chef kitchen. The living room has a full-size sleeper sofa. There is a half-bathroom just off the living room. Up the spiral staircase to a rooftop entertaining deck. The roof deck has an electric BBQ and a casual seating area to enjoy Avila Beach views. The second bedroom located on the ground level also has a queen bed. How we are keeping our vacation rentals safe: 1. Housecleaning We’ve decided the best way forward is with an abundance of caution. We’re treating every post-guest check-out with a 7SVR Disinfection Checklist. We use chemicals the EPA has identified for disinfecting. In practice, what this means is that your properties will not only be cleaned, but the bathroom and kitchen will be completely disinfected. All high “touch points” will also be disinfected, including light switches and lamps, doorknobs and handles, keypads/keys, tabletops, cabinet and dresser knobs and drawer pulls, and all electronics and appliances. 2. Laundry Service We’ve decided to laundry linens and soft goods (shams, throw pillow covers) with each check-out. This is another precautionary measure that gives renters assurance they are renting a stay safe vacation rental.
