The space The Daytona Delight is located in a quiet residential neighborhood only 6 minutes from the beach. We have been hosts for 6 years and are Superhosts with three properties and over 400 reviews - all 5 star! This is a newer listing, but already over 85 reviews - all 5 Star! We created a magnificently cute, beach-themed private suite with private entrance and your own personal swimming pool and pool area, with privacy fence all around! It's like having your own tropical oasis right outside your door! Couples have told us they can immediately feel the romantic vibes. But it is also great for two friends who want to hang out together or a single traveler wanting a place to kick back and relax. Bedroom - The Daytona Delight suite has a spacious bedroom with a remote control adjustable queen size bed with a quality Sealy mattress. It has a 51 inch flat screen smart TV. You can electronically adjust the bed up or down depending on your preference or as you watch TV. Pool Area - There is a huge pool deck area and private swimming pool. This has been a favorite of visiting couples! It's like having your own romantic tropical island for just the two of you! This area consists of the pool, pool deck, bistro table set, two person pool float, beach chairs, beach umbrella, chaise loungers, and 2 person swing! There is a six foot fence all around the area for total privacy. Just relax and enjoy being together in the Florida sun. Bathroom - There is a personal, private bathroom attached to the bedroom with a spacious, walk in tile shower. There is a door that leads from the bathroom right out to the pool area. We provide you plenty of towels, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Coffee Area - There is another snack area in the suite with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, brand new mini fridge, and toaster. We also provide you with several free coffee K-cups and bottled waters. We also provide beach towels, beach chairs, beach bag, and umbrella. Free parking and private entrance into your suite. Free, fast Wi-Fi. Central A/C and heat with thermostat control in your room. You have the security of a quality, hotel style lock on your side of the suite door. There is a ceiling fan above the bed and a box fan in the closet for your use. Guest access The suite is attached to the south end of the house... Guests will enjoy self check-in with their own private entrance. They have total access to their private suite and complete and total private access to the pool area. Your suite opens up into the pool area. It is self check-in. There is a driveway for you to park your vehicle. Other things to note One guest must be at least 18 years old. We provide towels, pool towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It is self check-in and you can check in any time after 4 PM. Checkout is 11 AM. The pool area is exclusively for guests...We simply ask that guests keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and not play loud music by the pool at any time... We ask that guests not invite non-guests onto the property without permission ahead of time. There is a strict non-smoking and non-vaping policy inside the house There is an additional $250 cleaning fee if this is disregarded. The Daytona Delight is ideal for a romantic getaway for a couple or a peaceful getaway for one person or for two friends.
