Cozy guest house with private parking and garden

This is a newly renovated and airy mini-house with double bed, kitchen with dining area, wardrobe, bathroom and sleeping loft. There is free private parking on the premises. Centrally located with shops and public transport nearby. Short distance to the fjord with beach, restaurants and hiking areas. Good place also for families with older children/groups of up to four people, two of whom are mobile enough to use the stairs up to the sleeping loft. Private patio and access to lush garden in the summer months. The space House in a private garden outside the center of the capital Oslo. Close to nature and with a playground and football field for the youngest right next to it. Guest access Private parking and private entrance to the rental house with seating area in the garden during summer. The main house is occupied by a family of three on the ground floor and with two/three tenants on the top floor. We have two small dogs and a house cat on the property. Other things to note The sleeping loft is equipped with two single beds and is accessible via a steep staircase. The loft is NOT suitable for guests with limited mobility. There is also a double bed on the 1st floor. We provide bed linen and a shower towel for each guest. Guests can bring their own towels if more are desired. In the summer months it is not completely dark in Norway at night.
