The second is blending it with contemporary elements by incorporating metallic details and integrated LED lighting. The house spans three levels: The ground floor houses the kitchen-dining area and the living room, along with a workspace equipped with a desk, office chair, 24” screen, and HDMI cable. The first floor is where you'll find the two bedrooms and bathrooms: The first bedroom features a 180cm-wide bed, while the other has a 150cm-wide bed and its own ensuite bathroom. The top floor boasts a covered terrace with a table for exclusive use by guests. Guest access The Living room has direct access to a communal garden area with shared pool among 12 neighbors. Other things to note The house is located close to the sea, the coastal walk for nice walks and an area with excellent restaurants such as La Estancia (specializing in Argentinean meat) and the Da Vinci pizzeria. Like all the houses on the first line of the sea in the area, the house is not far to the highway, which makes it fast access to the road to visit towns and surrounding areas.
