Fishing jumping, birds diving and sunrises and sunsets are awesome since you are right on the water. We are 10 minutes from town and the Pagosa Hot Springs. The ski area is 40 minutes away. This home is right on Lake Pagosa and I provide a paddleboat , kayaks and a dock for fishing. A private fishing permit is needed which can be purchased at the Ralph Eaton Recreation Center a couple miles away. Swimming is not allowed in the lake but boating is perfect. Campfires are not permitted as per the property owners association.. This is a log house on a lake in the mountains so you might see a few harmless spiders, muskrats, deer, porcupines , raccoons and lots of ducks. .
