My flat is located in the super cool Williamsburg (Brooklyn), it's very easy to go quickly to Manhattan from here. Inside the flat there are many windows and a lot of light. It is composed of one bedroom, a large living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The flat is a 2nd floor walk up. NB: there is now a super fast wifi connexion as well. The space There is now a wifi connexion in the flat. There are a washing machine and a dryer in the basement (you'll need quarters, one cycle costs $2.5). The kitchen and bathroom were just renovated completely and now look amazing, there is now a dishwasher in the kitchen as well. There is a massive TV in the flat, a Piano, a working desk in the bedroom and a great electric standing desk in the kitchen. Guest access You’ll have the whole flat just for you! Other things to note That's very quiet and super comfortable if you want to work from the flat it's ideal.
