The home is outfitted with everything you need, and more, for a comfortable, unforgettable stay: a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, Sonos sound system, pool table, fireplaces, coffee and espresso makers, record player, luxury bath products, plush linens, board games, books, and a smart TV with Netflix/Amazon Prime. Guests enjoy full access to the entire three-floor home, including: two spacious decks, bedroom balconies, outdoor dining area, Weber gas grill, fire pit, fishing rods & accessories, boats, private boat dock, and high-speed mesh WiFi (perfect for working remotely… with a view!). Top Floor: two bedrooms, each with private balconies overlooking the lake, new beds with plush mattresses, premium linens, and custom new full bathroom. Main Floor: modern yet cozy main floor boasts house-wide views of lake, dining room, living room, Harman pellet stove, fully appointed modern kitchen, renovated full bathroom and one of the three bedrooms. Bottom Floor: cozy rec. room with pool table, Vermont casting wood-burning stove, vintage record player, games, books, cozy single-bed “nook”, and plenty of seating. For families with kids, entertainment abounds: the Muskoday Lake House boasts over 100 feet of private lakefront and offers kayaks, a Jon boat, canoe, hammock, swings, fishing rods / accessories, and more. Located just 15 minutes from downtown Roscoe, you’ll find incredible local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, golf courses, wineries, and even an alpaca farm. A lot of time, effort and resources have gone into making our home as special and as comfortable as possible.  The Muskoday Lake House is nestled on a beautiful Catskill mountainside, offering stunning views and a true nature escape. With this setting comes natural slopes, stairs and some hilly terrain, so those with accessibility concerns should keep this in mind.
