Close to beach, pet friendly, Earlsferry, Elie

We added our home to Airbnb in June 2018. Previously we let through Holiday Lettings since 2013 and have a certificate of excellence. The house is simple with a kitchen and living/dining room downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. It is an end terrace so is bright and has coal fire in the sitting room. There is a small garden and the beach is less than minute away with no roads to cross. Ideal all year round for everyone and your pet. Last minute bookings for long or short breaks always welcome. The space Inside the house: There is a spacious living-dining area with a lovely coal fire, TV and games provided. The separate kitchen is very well equipped. Opposite the kitchen is a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs there is a family bathroom with a bath and shower over the bath. The three bedrooms are one single, one double and one twin. It sleeps 5 however there is an extra mattress. From inside the house you can see beautiful views of the golf course. Please note that the house is simply decorated and not as smart as some newer Airbnb properties ,but it is a family home and we love it for a simple holiday and being in a great location. Outside: There is a small side garden and a separate patio with a BBQ, a table and chairs for sitting out in the sun and looking out over the sea. There is also use of a garage just 20m away for storing bikes etc. It is a 30 second walk to Elie's lovely sandy beach. The local sports club, which offers golf, tennis, putting and bowling, is a 15 minute walk away. In Elie there are 2 golf courses, a driving range, a putting green, 5 tennis courts, 4 mini tennis courts, a practice wall and a bowling green. The harbour is at the other end of the bay but when it is low-tide it is a lovely walk along the beach. The main watersports centre in Elie provides a huge range of exciting activities for everyone. It is an easy cycle or walk to Elie's main shops, bakery, deli, pharmacy, newsagent and gift shops. We recommend the bakery and deli for some tasty treats whilst relaxing on your holiday. Advice about walks, cycle rides, watersports can be given. If you would like any more information about the house and location, please do get in contact and we can answer any questions. We are happy for you to bring your dog to Elie as it is a fab place for walks, but we would ask for you to keep dogs downstairs.
