Peaceful villa, 5 minutes walk to the beach and forest, relaxing stay guaranteed for the whole family. Animals animate children's lives: dwarf bicquettes, chickens with egg harvest, and 2 cats who love cuddles. All you have to do is feed this little tribe morning and evening, moments of joy for everyone. A large South&West terrace, swimming pool heated to 28 degrees (May/September) Various games (petanque court, shuffleboard, badminton, ping pong, molki, darts...) Enjoy your stay! The space A large, bright room with access to terraces and a swimming pool makes up the living area. The open kitchen area is fully equipped with access under a covered patio. A closed patio allows for a corner of privacy and rest. The master suite overlooks the pool. 2 bedrooms upstairs with separate bathroom and toilet. The property is fully enclosed, the motorized gate opens onto an inner courtyard allowing parking for 3 cars. A laundry room is attached to the kitchen. Another outdoor patio is located to the east, a small intimate corner. The villa is connected to fiber optics. Guest access Only the office area remains private. All other rooms are accessible. When using the pool, please take care of the liner (do not use sharp or pointed objects or glasses). The motorized safety shutter must be unhooked before opening so as not to cause expensive damage (tearing off the 4 hooks and the liner)! To avoid any handling errors, only one person should be designated as responsible for maneuvers. Other things to note Beware of children in the pool… if they cannot swim, provide armbands or other flotation equipment.… The pool has a safety shutter that must be closed after each swim. The accommodation is connected to fiber optics. For your privacy, the VISEO camera surveillance system is not in operation during rental stays. Please do not throw anything into the toilet except toilet paper. Evacuation is done by a lift pump to the collective network which can suffer malfunctions if the use is not correct.
