Montecito Farmhouse Studio-walk to Coast Village!

Kick back and relax in a calm, stylish space. This cozy, adorable (attached to main house) studio with a private entrance, is located in the heart of Montecito and less than a 10 minute walk to Coast Village Road. Enjoy the abundance of restaurants within walking distance and take a stroll to Butterfly Beach (less than a mile from the studio). The space Included in this attached studio is a queen size bed with a Tuft & Needle mattress, 42" Smart TV with Netflix and Hulu access (NO CABLE), extendable kitchen table for more space to commune or work remotely, and an outdoor seating area with two chairs and a table. There is a large bathroom with a bathtub and Public Goods soap/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. The kitchen comes equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee maker, kettle, tableware, cocktail shaker, a large dining table that extends and plenty of counter space. The dining table can definitely be used for work but is not technically a dedicated work space. The studio is located at the back of the house with a separate entry so it is very private. The entire space is sanitized and professionally deep cleaned after each stay to ensure the health and safety of all of our guests. *PLEASE GIVE US A HEADS UP IF YOU ARE BRINGING A DOG OR A CAT DURING YOUR STAY. ONE (1) DOG OR CAT IS ALLOWED FOR A $30 FEE PROVIDED THEY MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA: *Your dog/cat should be friendly and house trained *Your dog/cat must be supervised by you at all times - if they are left alone you will be asked to leave immediately *Any dog/cat that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately *You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog/cat *Limit of one dog or cat under 30 pounds per stay for a $30 pet fee (we will consider larger dogs on a case by case basis) Guest access You’ll have access to the studio, the outdoor space just outside the studio, and one (1) parking spot in the driveway. We can accommodate one standard sized vehicle on the property. There is street parking but not guaranteed. Thanks! Other things to note We have two super friendly cats on the property. Both like to roam but they usually keep to themselves. They do not go into the studio even when vacant.
