THIS HOUSE IS ON AN ISLAND! It sits on 1.6 private acres. The yard is fenced in and is close to best beaches, stores, gift shops, library, playground, tennis and basketball courts. It is a short walk from the ferry landing. House sleeps 8. There are 2 primary bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a full bed. There is a children’s room with two single beds off that room a smaller room with a full futon. This is a year-round house with full basement that has an extra refrigerator & laundry.
