Mariner's Perch

Built in 2022, this one-bedroom suite is clean and comfortable. Located within walking distance from the heart of Homer and two very popular trails. Sleep up to four with the queen bed, and pull-out couch. Enjoy all the amenities of a full kitchen and tiled bathroom with shower/tub. The space The suite is over our garage with an exterior stairway. You will have a private entrance with a personalized electronic entry. The sofa pull-out bed is double bed size. It may be better for one adult, two kids or adults who don't mind sleeping close. Both sleeping areas have black-out curtains and can be fully darkened during our bright sunny summer nights. Ambient noise may be heard as this suite sets next to our home. We are a quiet mellow family. The yard is shared with our family. There is a trampoline available for kids. We also have pet rabbits and chickens that our girls enjoy showing other kids. Other things to note No pets or parties or smoking please. Because this house is new we still don't have grass planted in the back yard, but that will happen at some point this summer.
