The space **New kitchen for 2025** This spacious 3 bed apartment provides lots of space for up to 5 people and has been newly refurbished to high standards. The main bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, that can be pushed together to make a double bed. The third bedroom contains a single bed and has views over the River Foss. All bedrooms have wardrobes and drawers. The first and second bedrooms will be made up, if you require the third bedroom or all the beds, please let me know. If you require use of the third bedroom and the two main bedrooms then there will be an extra charge which needs to be agreed before booking. The large lounge also has views over the river. Comfortable leather sofas so you can relax after your days out in York while watching the smart HD TV. There is a large dining table with further comfortable seating. The fully fitted and equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay including a microwave, oven , hob and a washing machine. Tea, coffee, cereal, bread and milk are provided. The bathroom has had a complete refit and is clean and modern. There are supermarkets five minutes walk away. We clean and look after the apartment ourselves so that we know the highest standards are maintained. All the attractions, including York Minster, Yorvik Centre and Clifford’s Tower are a short walk away. The apartment is close to both of the universities in York. York race course is around a 10 minute drive or shuttle buses are available from the train station. Unsuitable for hens and stags. Strictly no smoking or vaping.
