Located in the heart of Salt Lake City, Sego Avenue offers rare tranquility in an urban center. Nestled comfortably in an alley, the location is quiet and private. Originally built in 1896 by pioneers, this historic location has undergone expansion, and recently a full remodel including new electric, heating, plumbing, and air conditioning. I pride myself on maintaining a very clean household. The floors are vacuumed and mopped most days, dishes done daily, and there is always hot coffee and tea available in the mornings. I am passionate about hospitality and will do whatever I can to guarantee your stay is memorable. Feel free to enjoy the 65" television and sofa in the living room and the fully-equipped kitchen. During your stay I work from home, so I'll be here to attend to your every need. I love interacting, and I'm happy to share recommendations for Salt Lakes best skiing, hiking, and dining. I'm also happy to give you your personal space. Do note, I periodically do have to take early morning calls (generally after 7:30am), and this may be audible from your bedroom. I will do my best to be quiet when you're resting. Other things to note An incredibly sweet Goldendoodle (Dog) lives onsite. Goldendoodles are known for their sweet demeanor, and near hypoallergenic coats. You'll love meeting Raleigh, and saying goodbye will likely be the hardest part of your stay! Coffee and Tea is available throughout the day. I'm happy to stock the fridge with any additional groceries you'd like ahead of your stay for the cost of the groceries. Gym, Pool, and Hot Tub Access to ‘The Gym at City Creek’ is available for an additional $10 per person per day.
