The space 1 ) The apartment is located directly in the center of Halle (Saale). The university, the city center and the Hbf are just 10 minutes walk away. 2) Shopping facilities are also within a short walking distance. The closest to the apartment are REWE and LIDL-located just a few meters from the apartment. 3) Furthermore, an Asia Imbiss, Indian restaurant, Don’t worry be curry are all located near the tram station “Am Steintor”. 4) Right next to the tram station is a beautiful garden with amazing flowers and benches to enjoy the nature in blissful summer. 5) If you want you can also enjoy the sun in the inner courtyard between the two houses. The inner courtyard consists of a beautiful green area, which is separated from the other by a fence. 6) Despite its very CENTRAL location, there is little or no street noise. However, sometimes you can hear some noises from the surrounding construction sites, but that usually remains within tolerable limits. 7) The room is approx. 25m^2 and is completely furnished with private refrigerator. It might sound like a small room but it appears a lot bigger than it actually is and there is enough room for everything. The room is fully equipped with sofa cum bed, work desk, carpet, 2 stools, 1 chair, a large wardrobe with lot of shelves and hangers, a full body mirror. 8) The kitchen is also fully equipped with everything you need - kettle, toaster, plates, cutlery, glasses, mixer, cake tins, cups, microwave oven, grill oven, refrigerator, water heater, etc. 9) The bathroom is very modern and reminds me a bit of a hotel bathroom. The shower is very large, at ground level and is separated from the rest of the bathroom by a see-through glass wall. You can use as much water as you need but being a chemical engineer and a polymer scientist, I would recommend you to conserve more and more water for our future generations. Moreover, one of the bathroom walls is equipped with large mirror. There is also a washing machine and hair dryer in the bathroom. There are comfortable shelves for keeping your belongings. 10) We could also negotiate about me renting my bicycle to you at a very cheap price. 11) Very fast and stable internet 200er line WiFi is also included in your stay price.
