Queen Bed with Full Private Bath

Quiet neighborhood close access to the freeway. Private 2nd floor room at the end of the hall. Driveway Parking. Please read the listing it's entirety. The space *Note: I’m excited to write that the room has been updated with new paint, bedding, and décor! *small (10lbs or smaller) well behaved pets are welcome but must not be left unattended* Please notify me upon booking. DO please pick up after your pet so I have no surprises when mowing the lawn. ;-) Bedroom TV has Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon available on a Fire stick. Washer/Dryer use $5 per wash/dry per load. Guest access You are welcome to relax downstairs in the TV room, play billiards or workout with limited free weights, yoga mat, & exercise ball in the game room. Guests can also jump in the Jacuzzi for some relaxation. For long term stays, arrangements can be made for kitchen use but it is generally not fully accessible to guests. During your stay I do travel on occasion for work and if so I am available via phone/text. Mostly I am available onsite and welcome any questions or conversation if you choose. Other things to note Absolutely NO SMOKING on premises, including 420. You will be asked to leave.
