An Infinite View and a Cool Ocean Breeze

The apartment is a 1700 sf luxury loft on the 23rd floor of Tour Geneve tower, overlooking the beautiful crescent of Cabo Branco beach. The building sits on top of a bluff, 500m from the beach, giving it 24 hour cool ocean breezes and mesmerizing views of the Atlantic Ocean and the beach below. The beauty of the view is incredible – everyone who visits feels themselves suddenly go into slow motion - and all conversation stops for about ten minutes. It is an incredibly relaxing place to be. The space Our Apartment has two large en suite bedrooms, a large open 506 square foot Living & Dining space, a large eat in Kitchen - fully equipped, a Laundry room, and a large shaded Terrace with uninterrupted views of the ocean - all the way to Africa :) Both the Master Bedroom and the Living Room open directly to the Terrace. The Guest Bedroom has its own view of the ocean and the Kitchen has large windows with views of the surrounding neighborhood and city skyline. Guest access The building itself is the tallest in this region of Brazil and it is full of amenities. It has (3) pools which are located on the 3rd floor with views of the ocean and the surrounding neighborhood. There is a childrens’ wading pool, an adult infinite edge pool and also an Olympic length lap pool. In addition there is an outdoor hot tub, a sauna and a large jacuzzi. Bath and shower facilities are right there as well as a BBQ area and large shaded pergola area next to the pools. On the same floor there are lush rooftop gardens and goldfish pools, a full Kitchen and Dining area for entertaining, a large Home Cinema, a game room with Ping Pong, Fusbal and Pool tables, a soccer / basketball court and a large Party Space which is available for all residents. In addition, the two lower floors of the building house an open air shopping center with Restaurants, Pharmacy, Bakery, Pizzeria, steakhouse, outdoor dining, etc. At the top floor of the building is the Skybar Sky Lounge and Restaurant which have become the city’s go-to places for romantic evenings and sunsets with 360 degree views of this garden city by the sea. Other things to note Joao Pessoa itself is the capitol of Paraiba State and it has all the amenities of a city with 800,000 inhabitants. It is well known to be one of the safest, greenest and best organized cities in Brazil. Many Brazilians from all over the country have recently chosen to retire here or buy vacation homes here. The city beaches are beautiful, clean and well organized with boardwalks, sports facilities, beach bars and restaurants. Night life is animated by the bars and restaurants in all of the beach neighborhoods and there is always live music anywhere you go. The beaches south of the city are truly beautiful and justly famous throughout Brazil including – Praias: Coqueirinho, Tambaba, Tabatinga, Gramame, Praia Bela – all within 10 – 40 kilometers of the city. To the north, in the neighboring state of Rio Grande do Norte, there is the world class resort area Praia da Pipa – only an hour and 45 minutes drive away. Our neighborhood is called Alitplano do Cabo Branco – or Altiplano for short. In the last ten years it has developed as the premier luxury neighborhood of the City. The apartment buildings in the area are all new and well designed – with fabulous gardens and amenities. The area is very safe and relaxed and has everything you need. There ia a Litoral supermarket within a couple blocks of our apartment and another major supermarket a five minute drive away. A Patio Shopping mall is around the corner from our building. There are several excellent gym / academies, a clay court tennis center, and 2 major Beach Tennis centers all within a couple blocks. Pharmacies, medical care, cafes, a cartorio - are all here. It’s a very calm, beautiful and civilized neighborhood. Cabo Branco beach - which is the best urban beach - is just a 10- 15 minute walk. The other beach neighborhoods of Tambau, Manaira, Bessa, Intermares are just a $2 - $4.00 Uber ride away. We love this neighborhood. We used to live next to the beach in Cabo Branco – but we found Altiplano to be quieter, more relaxed, more beautiful, and a few degrees cooler. And of course the amazing views of the ocean were the real deal maker.
