Lovely two-story home with high-end finishes, offering everything needed for a comfortable, luxurious stay. Situated just minutes from local stores, restaurants, and the Metro-North station for quick access to NYC. Located only a 15-mile drive from Times Square. The space Our Lovely home was just renovated with much love and perfection! It has a open concept layout, High End, Modern Design. - 1st Floor consists of Living space, kitchen, dinning area, a beautiful bedroom with queen size bed with Roku TV, there is a beautiful bathroom with a standing shower. - 2nd Floor consists of large bedroom 1 with King size bed and Roku TV and small desk, bed 2 with queen bed, bedroom 3 with 2 twin beds and there is also a full beautiful bathroom and the washer and dryer. - Central heat and AC throughout the entire house with smart thermostats - There are extra sheets in every bedroom closet in case they are needed - Patio area with dining furniture and grill - Our home is equipped with smart security and fire system, NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED, if smoke detectors go off, it will automatically call the fire department and it can incur to fines and charges from Fire Department for false alarm and it will be under your responsibility - Access codes will be provided upon your arrival - The basement is for owner/landlord use only and is off-limits to guests Guest access Guests will have access to entire 1st floor, 2nd floor and Fenced patio area with patio furniture and gas grill. Guests don't have access to the basement, The basement it's occupied by us. There are plenty of closets in the house, please open the closet doors by pulling the doors towards you from door handle, don't turn the handles up or down. Parking for up to 2 cars on shared driveway on the right side of driveway so we can drive to the back through the other side of the driveway, Guests are not allowed to drive to the backyard, and or not allowed to park in the back yard Our goal is to provide a safe and pleasant enviroment in our home, for this reason, the exterior of our home is video surveillance monitored Due to our insurance policy, Airbnb regulations and for transparency reasons the following is not allowed in our home, No Unregistered Guests No Visitors
