Delightful 3 bed holiday home with beach access

Set on the cliff tops Barton on sea over looking the Isle of Wight and only a 10minute drive to The New forest have the beauty of sea life and woodland life on your door step. Our new 2020 holiday home is situated at Hoburne naish a wonderful friendly site with lots of amenities indoor and outdoor pool, sauna and steam room and gym, lovely kids park , entertainment so much more . 3 bedrooms and family shower bathroom and ensuit clock room to master bedroom. Free Wi-Fi . None smoking The space Please be respectful of our family caravan and leave as when arrived. This is a 2020 caravan and still like new, it’s very tidy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The main double bedroom is roomy,it has a tv with free view & dvd, plenty of wardrobe space also en-suite toilet and basin. The two twin rooms are more than adequate for children but also big enough for adults to sleep each with a small wardrobe. Family bathroom with shower and toilet. The main living and dining area are spacious giving plenty of room for six people to sit and watch tv 42inch with free view or play games on both sofa and dining table. Also has a fireplace for those cold evenings although if you put on the radiators it gets quite toasty and warm. The kitchen has all the equipment you would need to cook a great meal pots pans cutlery glasses mugs etc microwave and gas cooker/oven. There are two closed in decking areas the large one by the main entrance has a table and chairs,the smaller one which is situated of the double doors from the living room has a small table with two chairs. Hoping you get the weather to use these. Outside the caravan is a water tap to wash down those sandy feet or wetsuits. The bedrooms have pillows duvet’s & mattress protectors but you would need to bring own bed linen & towels Double is a king size duvet The other bedrooms are 4 single duvets. Bed linen and towels not included! Guest access You will have total access to the caravan for the time you have booked it for. Park is just behind the caravan or where you can find a space there are no designated spaces. Other things to note The site on which our caravan is sited Hoburne naish has many amenities swimming pool kids pool gym sauna etc club house with bars and entertainment which also serves food amusements for children crazy golf football pitch play areas. To access all the above you would need to purchase passes of £66 per family prior to you arrival Your details will need to be sent to with me your all your parties names and I then Fill out paper work for the site of which passes will be ready to collect at reception. Please message me when booking and I will arrange this for you. If you choose not to do this please get in touch at the start of your stay so we can give you the code to the gates. that access the beach both east and west of the site. Self check in key code! On arrival you will have to switch the boiler on for your hot water( and heating if needed) open cupboard switch dial to contestant or timed and set temperature and turn to water or water and heating it’s very easy to use. With tv switch both switches on at the mains and make sure it’s on hdmi 1 And your ready to watch free view.
