Perched above The Swan, a popular local pub and restaurant, the apartment offers two private terraces with a unique vantage point over the pub’s courtyard and weekend live music. Other things to note *Free on-street parking is readily available right outside the Swan pub and restaurant. *Sunset's are visible from the apartment from April - September (not in winter months). This is a non-smoking apartment. This property is not suitable for children under the age of 5. This is because we are located above a pub and the apartment has a balcony where young children could climb over. Please note if you wish to use the sofa bed please select 3 guests so we know to leave extra bedding. This is one of two apartments in this block we have available, we do have another apartment directly next door with 2 bedrooms if you did have a larger group of 4.
