Guest have a private bedroom with shared bathroom with 43" tv. Temple Terrace, a City within Tampa, between I75 & I275. Minutes from Moffit, USF, Florida Hospital, Busch Gardens, Seminole Hard Rock. Great area for walking, jogging, bike rides in community. Home is smoke free & floors are tile. Fully furnished, TV, Wifi, water softener system throughout home A variety of grocery stores, CVS/Walgreens, and restaurants within walking distance. Weekly cleaning of bathroom The space My home is my sanctuary and friends/family/guests tell me my home is truly a "home", peaceful, quiet, and very comfortable. Guest will have access to entire home with exception of Host bedroom. There are only two AirBNB guest rooms with a shared bathroom.
