The space This spacious unit features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. The rental includes two floors. The ground floor offers a parking space, the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and private balcony, a living room with its own balcony, a bar area, a fully equipped kitchen, and an additional bathroom. On the basement floor, you'll find four more bedrooms, a small cozy living room, a shared bathroom, and a large balcony. Guest access The house is strategically located just 10-15 minutes from the city center, with easy navigation via Google Maps and Waze. For those who would need public transportation, the property is also conveniently situated near a main road (about 200 meters away), where you can easily catch jeepneys and taxis.
