Note that there is no window in the recreation room. -The recreation room doubles as a second bedroom -Laundry room with washer (bought in 2021) & dryer -One parking spot is available on the premises (driveway), on request. (Note that there is no overnight parking on the street) -THE HOUSE IS EQUIPPED WITH CLEAN AIR SYSTEM WITH ULTRAVIOLET LAMP AND HEPA FILTER Guest access The basement apartment is entirely dedicated for the guests' use.
