Home Features This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo comfortably sleeps up to six guests with a pull-out couch in the living area. The open-concept design and natural light create a bright and welcoming space for relaxing or entertaining. Main Level Living The main level features a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, and coffee maker, along with an open living area and pull-out sofa for additional sleeping. Full bathroom and master bedroom with queen bed and walk-in closet. Stackable washer/dryer included. Lower Level The finished basement offers extra living space, perfect for unwinding or hosting guests. Second bedroom with queen bed and a full bathroom ensures comfort and privacy for everyone. Outdoor Space Patio access provides a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Parking One designated parking space in front of the building. The Harbor Inn team is available daily between 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. for anything you may need. Use the messaging system for non-urgent requests or call for recommendations or assistance. House Rules Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. – 7 a.m. No parties, tents, or events. No smoking allowed—violations subject to a $500 fine. Pet Policy Two pet maximum, up to 75 lbs. per dog. $125 non-refundable pet deposit required. Pets must be leashed while on property and crated if left unattended. Violations subject to a $300 fine. Into Adventure? Heritage Harbor Resort offers pontoon, Hobie board, cruiser bike, and fat tire bike rentals. The Oriole Suite is professionally managed by Harbor Inn Vacation Rentals, your locally owned and operated hospitality team based right here at Heritage Harbor. Other things to note No pets. Must be 25 years of age to reserve a room. Payment When making a new reservation, a 50% deposit will be charged at booking time to hold your reservation. 14 days prior to arrival, the remaining balance of your reservation will be charged to the card we have on file. If you would prefer to use an alternate credit card, please call our office. If the arrival date is within 14 days of the date you are making the reservation, the full reservation amount will be due at booking time. Acceptable forms of payment are VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Cancellation & Refund Policies Reservations cancelled 14 days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund of the advance deposit. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival date will forfeit the advance deposit. Some promotions, specials or packages may have modified cancellation polices. Please review the rate details, terms and conditions at the time of reservation. All cancellation charges are plus tax and applicable fees Minimum Stays Saturdays require a minimum two night stay (Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday) Most national holidays require a three night stay.
