This newly renovated cozy condominium is on the doorstep to Bryce 4 seasons and ski resort, 18 hole PGA golf course, down hill mountain bike park, Zip line adventures, Ice skating, Skiing/ Snow boarding, Tubing and much more. With beautiful mountain views, full service kitchen and will comfortably sleep 2 adult. Fall in love with this quiet country side retreat and its beautiful scenic views, walking trails and lake close by. The space Bring your own fire wood, sometimes there are small wood deposits around the perimeter of the parking area but it is not guaranteed. There is a small community store near by where you can buy a bundle. It gets cold in the winter and the fire place is an essential tool for warming the unit. This unit is one bedroom with a queen sized bed and is best suited for two adults. Then back porch is gated off from the shared deck area and is ideal if you wish to allow your pet to enjoy the out doors in a safe enclosed area. Guest access Guests will have the entire condo to themselves, there is a shared parking lot and a communal laundry room. Enjoy you own full service kitchen, fireplace (again, bring your own wood) and balcony that can be gated off. Other things to note Please pay attention to the size of the unit and understand its size constraints. 2 adults will be comfortable, 3 and up might feel a bit crowded.
