Come enjoy our little piece of heaven centrally located between Santa Rosa and Sebastopol. Our vineyard is 5 years old and the winery is open for tasting! A vegetable garden, fruit trees and lovely back yard with fire pit provide country ambiance, beauty and fun. Full kitchen, large living room with big screen tv and X Box. Small office can accommodate crib or twin blow up mattress. Private patio with gas bar que and large hot tub. Most comfortable for a couple or family with younger children. Our 1/2 acre property has 2 homes and a finished hospitality barn that we use for dining, wine tasting or just hanging out. We are happy to share this space with our guests upon request. Hot tub, fire pit, gas barbque, patio dining and telescopes available. Plenty of spots for outdoor dining and game playing. The Cottage has a private entrance with parking directly in front. A large rear patio is equipped with gas barbque, fire pit and hot tub. Guests may request wine tasting including barrel samples with advance notice. Depending on season, guests may harvest vegetables from the garden. The front covered breezeway separates the main house from the cottage and has seating to enjoy the fountain and afternoon sun. If we are on property, we will respect your privacy unless wine tasting or other services are requested. We live in an eclectic and rural neighborhood with quiet neighbors on either side and 5 acres of unoccupied farmland behind. Be prepared for the sounds of roosters crowing, goats and occasional cows mooing. Great birdwatching, you may be lucky enough to see the owls swooping in for the night at dusk. We have plenty of paved guest parking for our guests. Bring your bikes or we have 2 that we can loan out. The Joe Rodota bike trail is very close by and connects Santa Rosa to Sebastopol which are each a 3 1/2 mile level ride or run away. Uber or taxi service are readily available. We require a 2 night minimum stay. We will stock the fridge with milk, yogurt, fruit and yummy muffins or sweet bread for the first morning. Coffee and wine will be provided for your enjoyment. Our county charges a 12% occupancy tax which is collected and remitted by Airbnb. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 2 vehicles. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am.
