Our four bedroom home is located right on Kings Bay, across from the main spring in Crystal River. It is a quaint little town with access to the gulf for fishing and scalloping. It is also home to the manatees and a major diving destination. We are located on Kings Bay and a short boat ride from the Gulf where you can scallop and fish. There is a golf course within a half mile. The house is large enough for a friend and family gathering or our space can be downsized for fewer guests and bedrooms, with a flexible rate. Guests will have access to all areas shown in our picture gallery. These spaces include the kitchen, two dining areas, livingroom, loft area, gameroom, laundry area, swimming pool, outdoor gazebo and dock which can accommodate three boats. There are some rooms that are private, such as the host's office and host's private sleeping quarters. As little or as much as the guests need or want. We will meet the guests on the day of there arrival to show them around and explain the elevator, ice machine and answer any questions they may have about where to park a boat trailer, etc. Our area is definitely water oriented. Guests can dock their boats(s) swim, fish and dive right from their own private dock. We have three kayaks avaiable for our guests to use with a ramp for easy access. There are restaurants within a short boat ride. A car is recommended. We are approximately 90 miles from the Tampa airport and Orlando airport and both areas are convenient and close enough for day trips to Disney, Busch Gardens, Epcot and shopping. We have our own little piece of paradise in Crystal River. The sunsets are awesome and dolphins can be seen having a feeding frenzy right off the 2nd floor balcony.
