Small, fine robber's nest for 2 people with direct views of the Baltic Sea. If you can't get enough of the sea and want to watch the Neustadt harbor happenings, you've come to the right place. The space The Räubernest is a non-smoking apartment of about 38 square meters. The apartment has a living/dining room, a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), a small kitchen and a shower room. A wooden terrace is located in front of the apartment with beautiful views of the Baltic Sea. Interesting for boaters: if you want to bring your boat, there are storage spaces for this in our yard. Slip facilities are very close by. Other things to note Bed linen, sheets and towels are to be brought along or can be booked for an extra charge (25 euros per person). Spa tax collection: every visitor who stays in the city of Neustadt in Holstein with its districts of Pelzerhaken and Rettin pays a fee (spa tax) for the establishment and maintenance of the facilities created for spa purposes according to the applicable statutes. The payment does not depend on whether and to what extent the spa facilities and events are used, but is justified solely by the presence. The arrival and departure day are counted as one day for the calculation of the spa tax. On behalf of the Lübeck Bay tourism agency, we are obliged to collect this tourism contribution for the duration of the stay. The fee (HS 2.79 euros, NS 1.60 euros per person/day) is not included in the rental costs and must be paid additionally on site. For this you will receive the "Baltic Sea Card", which offers you a number of discounts and allows free access to all surrounding beaches.
