Beautiful 2 bedroom, bright and airy home only 60 metres from Ballyholme beach. As you enter this spacious, modernised home, you come into the open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with the courtyard visible to the rear. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms. The master has a king size bed and office area on a mezzanine level accessed via a ladder. The second bedroom has a single bed, and a single sofa bed in the corner. The recently refurbished bathroom has a standalone bath and separate shower. The space This former cottage has been refurbished, extended and modernised throughout and is bright and very spacious. In the living area there is an L shaped sofa which converts in to a double sofa bed, as well as a single armchair and Big Hugs bean bag. The smart flat screen TV has sky connected, and there is superfast broadband in place. There is a dining table for 6 and an open plan kitchen. We have an oven, dishwasher, microwave, 6 ring gas hob and a well stocked kitchen. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. The patio is accessed via the kitchen and has a lovely wooden bench for enjoying the morning sun. Upstairs has lovely high ceilings and velux lights throughout to create the feeling of space and brightness. You will find the first single bedroom, complete with a porthole window, as well as a single sofa bed. Up another few stairs to the new bathroom with standalone bath, separate shower, toilet and double sink. The master bedroom has a King size bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawer and wall mounted TV (with Sky box). There is a ladder which connects you to the mezzanine level where there is an office space with desk and chair. We suggest that the house comfortably sleeps four - two in the double bed, one in the single and one on the sofa bed. However, it could sleep 6 at a squeeze if two were prepared to share the double sofa bed and another person could sleep on the single sofa bed sharing the single room. There is a £5 per person/night surcharge for any extra guests over the recommended 4. There is space for a car to park outside the house as well as free on street car parking. The local shops are all only a short 5 minute walk away and the beach only 100 metres - if that! Guest access You will have access to the whole house. The only area we suggest is off bounds to children is the office area as it is accessed via a ladder. Other things to note Ballyholme is a lovely area of Bangor and you are right on the doorstep of so many things to see and do in Northern Ireland. If you wish to travel around then we do recommend hiring a car.
