It hosts a mixed Caribbean and European lifestyle, and along its promenade you can find nice restaurants, surfing schools, art lodges and beach clubs. The space The Bungalow, this romantic loft is designed for maximum privacy, it has a queen bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, shower room, kitchen, terrace and direct access to the beaches. Guest access In Villa Calma, there are three accommodations: Calma Garden on the ground floor with 5 bedrooms, Calma Heaven on the upper floor with 2 bedrooms, and Calma Bungalow behind the main house with 1 bedroom. All accommodations are fully equipped, with their own independent entrance and terrace. Calma Garden has priority for the use of the common areas: pool, parking, and barbecue area. We kindly ask that you do not use them while they are being used by Calma Garden guests. Parking: at the entrance of the Cap Bonita residential complex, you have access to a free public parking lot to park your vehicle without needing to use the parking inside the villa when it's being used by other guests. Entrance and beach access: the rear entrance of the villa leads directly to the Bungalow without needing to enter the residential complex. It also leads directly to the beach, just a 2-minute walk away. Other things to note Fiber optic Internet (100 Bpms) is available everywhere in the house, garden and pool. Electricity is included and is always available thanks to an automatic power plant in the villa.
