We are delighted to welcome you in our family house of 220 m2 on 1200m2 decorated with care, and thought so that everyone can have his privacy. The three bedrooms each have their own bathrooms. Ideally located in the Camargue, between Nîmes and Montpellier, in a small village with full amenities. Guaranteed change of scenery in this peaceful retreat, with pool and gym. The space We are delighted to have you stay in our home family-friendly, carefully decorated, and designed so that everyone can have their privacy. All three bedrooms each have their own bathroom. The lower master suite has its own private terrace (without TV) but adjoins the living room with TV. The two bedrooms at the top each have their own bathroom, and share a toilet on the landing. Bedroom number one has its own balcony as well as TV and bedroom number two has a living room with TV. Air conditioning everywhere, safe deposit box. You can park on the street easily, but you can also fit up to 4 cars in the courtyard, two of which are under cover. The house is alarmed and completely fenced, you can enjoy the pool in complete privacy (secured with alarm). A plancha is available in the summer kitchen under cover. Thanks to our chicken coop (guaranteed without a rooster!) you can enjoy delicious fresh eggs daily. A gym awaits you with treadmill, elliptical, workout bench, weights, TV and fridge. In the kitchen, everything you need to cook, as well as oil, vinegar, spices... Egg cooker, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker Washing machine, dryer, stretcher in the garden We provide linens and towels. Flexible check-in and check-out times. Le Cailar is a village in Camargue ideally located between Nîmes (20 min), Montpellier (20 min) and the beach (20 min). It is a village of Camarguese tradition, with its manades (bull herds), and its votive party (from August 6 to 14, 2022) during bull races (sheltervados and bệos). On foot you can find a bakery, the Post Office, the bar, a supermarket open every day except Monday... Markets on the spot on Saturday mornings.
