Charming cottage with a view in the middle of Sognefjorden

At this cabin located with panoramic views over the Sognefjord, you can enjoy nature with family and friends. In this cabin, nature is the luxury, while the cabin is very well utilized. All cabins have a sauna. Here you get everything you need to enjoy mountain hikes, fishing or lazy days at the cabin. Seven minutes by car to Balestrand city center, and gravel road up 620 meters up the mountain just behind the cabin. An excellent place for experiences in nature. Welcome to Balestrand Cabins! The space The cabin is located in Kallestad. Here you will find 7 other cabins as well, which are rented out. A nice area for the family and friends. You can find these cabins on my profile. Other things to note The cabins are located in the typical westland nature of Balestrand, with steep mountains, fjords and apple orchards. Parking for each cabin. The nearest grocery store is in Balestrand city center, about 7 km from the cabin. Balestrand is located in Sogndal municipality, about an hour from the city of Sogndal. Electric heating and wood burning are possible. All cabins have running water and a dishwasher. There is WiFi in the cabin. You will receive the password upon arrival. The cabin also has a TV for streaming, with built-in chromecast. In this cabin there are three bedrooms, but one is smaller than the other two. There are two single beds in the small room, but if it feels cramped it is possible for one person to sleep on the loft! You must bring your own sheets, bed linen and towels. If you are unable to bring this, it can be rented on site for NOK 200 per set. Payment can be made by card during your stay. As basic items, the cabins have oil, salt and pepper, baking paper, foil, paper towels, hand soap, matches, coffee filters, candles, toilet paper and cleaning equipment - otherwise you must bring the rest yourself. We do not have baby equipment, this must be brought yourself. We have 1 travel bed and 1 high chair in the area for lending, but then you have to be early to book. No guarantee that this is available. To get around the area we recommend a car, as it is 7 kilometers to the city center. Please note that nature is wild and the terrain is steep. Be careful.
