It is a small hotel unit, located in a traditional neighborhood of Rhodes, decorated with classic retro furniture and objects in the reception area, where you can sit comfortably with a cup of coffee or tea or some juice, reading a book, listening to music, watching TV or even playing a board game or backgammon! The space The apartments are located on the first floor of a hotel unit, with large common areas, an internal staircase, first and second floor. In the basement of the building, accessible to all, either by stairs or elevator, there is a shared coin-operated washing machine. Each apartment is 48 - 50 sq.m. with a single living room and kitchen area, separate bedroom and bathroom. There are two single beds with two bedside tables on the side and a shelf with a stool. In the living room there is a sofa bed for any third person. In the bathroom there is a hair dryer, basic first aid items, a water heater for automatic hot water and solar water heater for each apartment. In the kitchen there is a refrigerator, cooking hobs and some small electrical appliances, such as a kettle, a blender, a coffee filter machine, a toaster and all the necessary kitchen utensils for a full breakfast, lunch or dinner.
