It has a private driveway and you enter directly into the enclosed patio. Inside, the space includes a bedroom with a king bed and full closet, a double-vanity bathroom, and a small kitchenette equipped for basic meals. The living area opens naturally to the outdoor patio, where seating and a hammock create a relaxing extension of the space. Guests traveling with pets will appreciate the fenced yard along with a provided dog bed and pet bowls, while the casita remains quiet, clean, and suitable for guests without pets as well. Guests traveling with pets: • Pets must stay off all beds, bedding, pillows, blankets, and upholstered furniture. • If pet hair is found on beds or furniture, a $100 additional cleaning fee will apply. A pet bed is provided. • Pets may not be left alone unless crated. • Please pick up after your pet and use the provided waste bags. The casita is maintained to be clean, quiet, and comfortable for all guests, including those without pets. Long-Stay Pet Fee (28+ nights): For monthly stays, a flat $150 long-stay pet fee applies
