ALBA House – Family Villa with pool near the Ocean

House of 150 m2 recently renovated and located in a residential and family area. The house has a large 1200 m2 south-facing garden and an 8x4 swimming pool surrounded by a 100 m2 partially shaded terrace. Located 15 minutes from the beaches of Hossegor, Seignosse and Capbreton, 25 minutes from Bayonne, 30 minutes from Biarritz and 45 minutes from the Spanish border, the location is ideal for touring the region whether in the moors or the Basque country, the sea or the mountains! The space Booking conditions for 2026: - For bridges and extended weekends: 3 nights minimum, - In summer (July 4 to August 29, 2026), booking of 7 nights minimum from Saturday to Saturday. La Maison Alba is our family home:) On the ground floor there is a large entrance, a first living room: living room with sofa bed (extra bed in 140 for children and/or teenagers only) / fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen equipped with a central island, as well as a second living room turned on the garden and pool. You will also find a play area with foosball, darts and toy library. A master suite (sleeping 160 + shower room) and a separate toilet complete this level. Upstairs: a bedroom with a double bed (160), a bedroom with a double bed (160) or 2 single beds (2x80) to choose from, a desk with a sofa bed (comfortable sleeping in 160 or 2x80 to choose from) and a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. The floor has a mobile air conditioning system. The house can therefore accommodate up to 10 guests, but 8 adults maximum. Outside, a large wooden terrace hosts a relaxing area by the pool, as well as a dining area with barbecue, all surrounded by greenery and not overlooked. The garden is fully fenced and access to the house + pool is private (pool security provided by a rolling wheel). We will not be on site but will remain available throughout your stay if needed. Bed linen and bath linen are not provided. We can recommend a linen rental service. Towels, bath mats and hand towels are included. Thank you for taking care of our house:)! Guest access Whenever possible, someone will be there to welcome you. If necessary, a key box will be provided! Other things to note * A guide to the house and local activities will be present in the accommodation. * Bed linen and bath linen are not provided. Tea towels, bath mats and hand towels are included. * We expect our tenants to maintain the house throughout the stay and return it in a suitable condition. The necessities to maintain the house during your stay are in the wooden closet, near the ground floor toilet. An extra cleaning fee may be charged if applicable. * Please remove your shoes to access the accommodation. * Regarding waxed concrete floors, please: - maintain it only with water and black soap, no other cleaning products, - not walk on it with shoes to avoid any damage, - do not leave water or any other liquid to stagnate (glass of wine for example). Restoration fees may be charged if necessary. * Our house is non-smoking. An ashtray will be available outside. * In order to respect the neighborhood, please limit noise outside. * You are responsible for setting up the pool safety shutter to avoid any risk of drowning during the entire duration of the rental. * Accommodates 10 people, including a maximum of 8 adults.
