Lemon Tree Cottage (Solar/Inverter)

The cottage is 1 of 2, tucked away on a professional run business in the heart of Linden & only a 5 min walk away from the huge selection of popular boutique shops, cafe's & restaurants on and around 7th street & 4th avenue. Uber drivers are readily available at all times to transport you to and from the Gautrain station in Rosebank; just 10 minutes away. Our cottage is ideal for singles, couples, business travelers, and even a small family looking for a short or long stay over. The space Our charming 'lemon tree' cottage is the sister cottage to our 'Urban Oasis' cottage; both situated on a safe & secure business property in the heart of Linden. The premises are equipped with a very capable Solar Powered Inverter & 15kW battery backup system to do the utmost to assist in your stay being unaffected during intense load-shedding timetables! You have your own entrance to the fully furnished lemon themed cottage. The kitchen is equipped with oven, gas hob, microwave & fridge. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a solar geyser. There is also a separate outbuilding which houses a communal washing machine/dryer. The cottage is equipped with a 50" 4K QLED TV loaded with Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime & Showmax that all stream beautifully on the 60MB/s Wi Fi. We supply instant coffee, tea & milk for all guests on arrival. The living room has a fold out sofa bed which is ideal for watching TV and converting to a second bed for kids. *Please note that the sofa bed is roughly 165cm in length and it is NOT recommended for sleeping a large adult. We also have a portable baby cot and baby bathtub available for new families or those with little ones. The bedroom is small, but has a very comfortable queen size bed. The bathroom has a gorgeous bath and shower with plenty of room to relax. We supply good quality towels and basic toiletries as standard. Both the bedroom eand the bathroom are completely private. We do allow small pets (on request) but do advise that excessive dirt or damage to furniture or bedding will be deducted from the breakage deposit. The cottage is serviced twice weekly with a basic tidy up and a thorough clean once a week. The towels are changed twice weekly if you staying for a week. Guest access You are welcome to use the garden, swimming pool and kids are welcome to play on and use the tree house and swings (under parental supervision). Outside the cottage is your own braai area with table and chairs. This is exclusive to your cottage. We have a separate laundry room and you are welcome to use the washer/dryer machine (there is an iron and ironing board available) or we can have your items washed and ironed for an extra fee. Other things to note The main house/building on the property is run by a small team of legal professionals so the property is always occupied and safe. The premises are equipped with a very capable Solar Powered Inverter & 15kW battery backup system to assist in your stay being unaffected during intense load-shedding timetables! The property and the street are secured by a security firm and cameras. The cottage is equipped with an alarm system which we can armed/disarmed on request if you are planning to pop out at any given time day or night. We unfortunately do not allow any loud music or parties on the property whatsoever and we expect all guests to adhere to the stipulated quiet hours and be considerate of other guests.
