Hiking trails, bird watching, mini-golf, and a variety of many museums to enjoy! Easy access to pull up your boat and/or your jet ski and park right in the covered boat slip! Boat trailers may be parked on the side of the street as long as not in front of any other neighbors home. There's a large yard and downstairs patio area. Enjoy the large main level deck. The water is just a few steps away! The 130ft of shoreline is shallow enough to get in the water and cool off and it gets deeper as you go out into the main cove, making it perfect for your water sports! Bring your boat and/or rafts and enjoy floating and relaxing in the quiet cove! Or launch your boat and spend the entire day checking out this extra large lake and some fun spots around such as goat Island and wobble Island, waterfront restaurants. The closest would be The Point and Watersview restaurants, just up at Eaton's Ferry Bridge. longer boat ride will take you to The Shady Shack (my favorite, kid friendly, great atmosphere and great food!) **NOTE: The basement is not finished and not accessible to guests. Beautiful country roads that are accessible by car. Please Note that there are no taxis or Ubers readily available. Just pack your bags and show up! The property will have a few life jackets available. For those who have small children please be sure you provide appropriate US Coast guard approved life preservers. The kitchen is fully equipped with TWO refrigerators, one with ice maker and water on door. Fully loaded with spices, oil, salt and pepper and other items to make your stay very comfortable! Upstairs kitchenette has a Keurig coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. You will be greeted with fresh coffee grinds, pods and some other goodies when you arrive! We're listing as pet friendly up to two dogs. DO NOT allow dogs on beds or furniture! Additional charges will occur if linens or furniture are soiled or has dog hair on them. Same for guests, comforters and blankets should not be slept on or soiled. This will cause a great amount of additional laundry in a short turnover and guests will incur an additional cleaning fee! No cats allowed. Property is not fenced in. There is a foldable dog fence to use to contain your dog or to block off the steps off the deck. Please be respectful to our property and clean up your doggies poop! Excessive barking should be kept at a minimum as there are neighbors directly next door. Bring some firewood for the fire pit! A complimentary starter set of logs are provided. Do not put bottles, cans, cigarette butts or trash in the fire pit! Leave only un-burned firewood in the pit. There are hot dog and marshmallow skewers in the kitchen for the fire pit for you to enjoy! Please return them (cleaned) inside the house. Please extinguish the fire when you're finished. A water bucket will be hanging at the lower patio next to the water spigot or at the fire pit.
